KFOG REVIEW: “FIFTY SHADES DARKER” & “THE LEGO BATMAN MOVIE”
There’s bad and then there’s “Fifty Shades Darker.” I could not stand this film, it made no sense, and I’ll tell you why in the audio review.
Thankfully this week also offers “The LEGO Batman Movie” which was a breath of fresh air during what has been an abysmal start to the year.

This week brings the first ever “Nohawks” rating. It had to happen eventually, and while there’s an upcoming film that I thought would take the cake, “Fifty Shades Darker” is an affront to the senses.
As for “The LEGO Batman Movie” it’s a great film, I don’t think it was as original as “The LEGO Movie” was (which – duh, it’s a spinoff) but I felt like there was a degree of earnestness missing from the brick-tagonist.
