REVIEW: “INCREDIBLES 2” & “TAG”
This week brings a sequel 14 years in the making, and a comedy based on real events 30+ years in the making. It’s “Incredibles 2” and “Tag” Disney Pixar’s “Incredibles 2” picks up pretty much right where “The Incredibles” left off. I don’t think folks are going to be disappointed by this sequel. Brad Bird is back as director (and Edna Mode), Samuel L. Jackson, Holly Hunter, Craig T. Nelson, Sarah Vowell and Jonathan Banks all return, and are joined by Bob Odenkirk, Catherine Keener, Sophia Bush, and Isabella Rossellini.
There’s also “Tag” which is apparently based on a true story, it’s a silly but fun comedy (that I had very low expectations for) starring Jeremy Renner, Jon Hamm, Ed Helms, Jake Johnson, Hannibal Buress, Annabelle Wallis, Isla Fisher, Rashida Jones, and Leslie Bibb.
